CAAA Members, 

Since the release of videos showing the arrest of Tyre Nichols by Memphis Police Officers and the criminal indictments of those officers involved, you have probably seen many discussions on TV with current and retired police officials regarding policies and training of law enforcement in subduing and arresting individuals.

SAC Dugan will meet with our members answer questions regarding the application of policies and the proper method to de-escalate a highly emotional situation while subduing an individual.

Register below if you can attend. This for members only at the FBI Norfolk Field Office. Register by Monday, February 6 since the FBI requires a list of attendees by February 7.
